SUSTAIN
Sustain is a powerful alliance of organisations and communities working together for a better system of food, farming and fishing. The Sustain alliance brings together around 100 organisations nationally – and hundreds more at local and regional level – cultivating the movement for change.
Working together, we run highly effective and creative campaigns, advocacy, networks and demonstration projects, aiming to catalyse permanent changes in policy and practice, and to help equip more people and communities with skills as change-makers. This includes the Sustainable Food Places network, Food Power, the Real Bread Campaign, and national campaigning on farming issues. Find publications, briefings events and more at www.sustainweb.org.
In London we run the London Food Link network, for people who grow, make, cook, sell and simply enjoy good food in the capital, with targeted campaigns, events, a Good Food Map and an online and print mag called The Jellied Eel. Join us at www.londonfoodlink.org.
FOOD ETHICS COUNCIL
The Food Ethics Council’s mission is to accelerate the shift towards fair food systems that respect people, animals and the planet. We have spent over 20 years championing fairness in UK food and farming and encouraging the development of an active and engaged civil society concerned with ethical food issues. We bring ethics to the centre of our food systems, encouraging and supporting positive change amongst policymakers, farmers, food businesses, civil society organisations and other policy influencers. Decisions about our food systems are too often made without sufficient ethical consideration, increasing the likelihood that decisions will be short-term, single-issue and neglecting wider contexts. Our ethical lens, independence, convening power, food citizenship mindset and understanding of complexities allow us to do work no other organisation can.

ORGANICO
These are two brands under the company hat of Organico Realfoods Limited, started in the late 1990’s by Charles Redfern, one for store cupboard items and the other for canned fish. We are a dedicated organic food company, bringing those values to wild fish, and we’ve always loved and respected the pioneers of the organic and wider food movement who are our suppliers and fellow travellers. Over the years we’ve tried to deliver planet-friendly, nutritious and tasty food products whilst also focussing on issues of equity and fair and free labour practises. But we are also intensely aware of the bigger picture and the need for consumers to think of themselves as citizens, as co-producers and as agents of change.
